Regarding only the rights I myself (夜御牧 れる (Reru YAMIMAKI)) own, basically I do not claim the copyrights. Feel free to use my sound resources.
I, however, use a lot of things copyrighted by other creators for my works. The resulting limitations are describeed below.
- Reru YAMIMAKI shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the works, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by Reru.
- When a sound resource (or a video) has special notes, please prioritize the special notes over these general terms.
- Regarding video portions (images) and illustrations, you cannot use them like stock images to create new videos or illustraions.
- Many of the stock image creators prohibit redistribution of derived images as things like stock images.
- Of course, you can use the audio portion of the musical pieces on YouTube for backing tracks, BGM and so on as they are unless the video portion was shown to a third party.
- Regarding cover music (backing tracks copyrighted by other composers), you can use them only on distribution platforms that have a comprehensive licensing agreement with JASRAC, Nextone, or other copyright management organization that manage the rights of the music.
- Feel free to cut out a part of them, EQ or change the keys.
- Regarding stock music without vocals (BGM and backing tracks) I composed, unless any of the following cases, feel free to use them regardless of commerciality or age-restriction (i.e. adult contents). You can cut out a part of them, EQ or change the keys.
- Regarding songs with vocals, I have not yet decided on their license. If need them, please inquire me.
- You cannot use rendered audio (YouTube videos, mp3, etc) of my works to create a new “musical” piece “entirely different” from my works.
The licenses of virtual instruments I used for composing them prohibit acts similar to redistribution of the virtual instruments.
- MIDI files, musical scores and lyrics of my works are dual-licensed under public domain and CC0 (except works affected by licenses of other creators).
- I put drum patterns by hand and don’t use generative AI to compose music.
- Feel free to change lyrics.
